Shipping and Returns Policies
SHIPPING POLICIES

Orders placed by 2:00 pm EDT will ship the same business day unless otherwise noted on our website. Orders placed after 2:00 pm EDT will ship the following business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Most products ship by ground delivery and may take 1-6 business days for delivery depending on your location. We reserve the right to ship via our carrier of choice, which may include, but are not limited to USPS, FEDEX, DHL, or UPS. All packages are insured at no additional cost to you. We will send an e-mail to you within 24 hours of placing your order with tracking information. Please email us for a shipping quote if you are located in AK, HI, PR or in another country.

We can expedite your order. Please call or e-mail us to obtain an overnight quote.

RETURN POLICY

To return an order, you must e-mail customerservice@ventafish.com for an RMA #. Packages sent back to us without an RMA # will be refused and returned to you at your cost. No returns as a result of damage will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

If the product is delivered and looks like it was run over by the delivery truck, or like the product could be damaged, point out the damage to the delivery driver/agent. Ask to inspect the package. If after inspection you find the product to be damaged and are not satisfied with the condition of the product due to the damage, refuse it right then and there. Do not sign for the package. Then notify us by e-mail at customerservice@ventafish.com that it is being returned due to damage. Once we receive it back and note the damage, we will reship another identical product out to you immediately. (In some cases, once we track the product and see that is being returned to us we can re-ship your order to save time).

If you want to return an order because of an error on our end please notify us by email for an RMA # within 7 days of delivery. We will take care of the error at our expense.

If you want to return an order because you changed your mind you may do so, but we cannot be responsible for shipping costs back to us. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with shipping the item back to us and we cannot refund shipping from your initial purchase. Original shipping is a service that was provided. A 10% restocking fee will also be applied to cover the costs associated with processing a returned product. You must e-mail customerservice@ventafish.com and obtain an RMA # before returning your order. All orders being returned because you no longer want it or you changed your mind must be returned within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

We provide a limited Lifetime Warranty for your VENTAFISH™ and warrant that each product is to be in good working order for the product's lifecycle whether purchased from us or an authorized VENTAFISH™ retailer. Should this product, in the opinion of Big Pond Products, LLC, fail to be in good working order during the warranty period, Big Pond Products, LLC, will, at its option, repair or replace this product at no charge, provided that the product has not been subjected to abuse, misuse, accident, disaster or Big Pond Products, LLC, authorized modification or repair.

You may obtain warranty replacement by contacting us along with proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Product returned to Big Pond Products, LLC, must be pre-authorized by Big Pond Products, LLC, with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number marked on the outside of the package and sent prepaid, insured and packaged for safe shipment (see our return policy above for information on returning your product). Big Pond Products, LLC, will send the replacement product by prepaid ground shipment service.

The Big Pond Products, LLC,/VENTAFISH™ Warranty is defined as the serviceable life of the product. This is defined as the period during which all components are available.

The above warranty is the only warranty authorized by Big Pond Products, LLC,/VENTAFISH™.

The above warranty applies to products sold on or after June 1, 2008.

NOTE: Under no circumstances will Big Pond Products, LLC,/VENTAFISH™ be liable in any way for damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, such product.
